📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and expenses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage administrative tasks, including office supplies, travel arrangements, and employee records.
• Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
