📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough risk assessments for property underwriting, evaluating factors such as location, construction type, and historical claims data.
• Utilize underwriting software like Pendata and SAP to process and analyze underwriting applications efficiently.
• Collaborate with claims specialists to review and settle property claims, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored underwriting solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in property underwriting to maintain compliance and enhance service quality.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize underwriting processes.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on underwriting activities, including key performance indicators and risk trends.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to ensure the smooth operation of the underwriting department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property underwriting, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian insurance regulations and underwriting guidelines.
• Proficiency in using underwriting software such as Pendata and SAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Previous experience working in a tropical environment is a plus.
