📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers and software.
• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Ensure the security and integrity of desktop systems through regular updates and patches.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in the deployment of new desktop technologies and systems.
• Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
• Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical problems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop engineering or IT support.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems and common office software.
• Experience with desktop management tools such as SCCM, PDQ, or similar.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
