📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations of CNC machines, ensuring high-quality production output
- Manage and mentor a team of machinists, providing guidance and training
- Optimize production schedules to meet client deadlines and reduce downtime
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines
- Implement lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to improve product quality
- Monitor machine performance and report any issues to the maintenance department
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC machining and supervision
- Proven experience with CNC programming software such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
