📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date cargo expedition records using systems like SAP and Oracle.
• Process and track cargo documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and shipping orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely and efficient cargo handling.
• Monitor and report on cargo expedition performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to cargo expedition.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement process improvements for cargo expedition operations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cargo expedition administration or a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP and Oracle for cargo expedition management.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and shipping documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
