We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our San Juan location. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a positive and enjoyable experience with Domino's. This is a full-time position with a negotiable salary based on experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answering customer inquiries and providing information about Domino's products and services.,Processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.,Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including the delivery vehicle.,Adhering to Domino's policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.,Working as part of a team to meet daily sales targets and customer service standards.,Performing other related duties as assigned by the store manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets.,Familiarity with Domino's products and services is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.,Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
