📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire harvest process, from planting to post-harvest, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of farmers, providing guidance and support to achieve daily production targets.
• Utilize advanced farming tools such as GPS-guided tractors and IoT-enabled sensors to optimize field operations.
• Implement and monitor sustainable farming practices to ensure environmental responsibility.
• Conduct regular field assessments and provide actionable feedback to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations in the agricultural sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate logistics and distribution of harvested produce.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance farming techniques and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing farming teams and achieving production targets.
• Familiarity with advanced farming tools and technologies, including GPS-guided tractors and IoT sensors.
• Strong understanding of sustainable farming practices and environmental regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively mentor and guide a team.
