📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning and execution of community arts programs and events.
• Support the management of creative projects, including coordination with local artists and vendors.
• Help develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster local talent.
• Assist in the organization and promotion of cultural initiatives across various locations in Bali.
• Collaborate with the team to create and manage content for social media and other marketing channels.
• Provide administrative support for community events and projects.
• Assist in the development of reports and documentation for community programs.
• Contribute to the overall success of OH! Open House's cultural initiatives and community engagement efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Community Development, Arts Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest and passion for community engagement and the arts.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
• Previous internship or work experience in community development or arts management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
