HR Generalist Staff - Bali (Relocation Support to Cikarang/Surabaya)

In this role, you'll handle a variety of HR tasks, from employee relations to administrative support, using tools like BambooHR and Google Workspace. With over 10 years of experience in HR or related fields, you'll bring a wealth of knowledge to our team, helping us maintain a productive and harmonious work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee records and documentation using BambooHR.
• Assist with recruitment, including coordinating interviews and onboarding.
• Handle administrative tasks for HR, such as payroll support and benefits administration.
• Support the HR team with employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
• Support relocation efforts for employees moving to Cikarang or Surabaya.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the HR function.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or related roles, with at least 2 years in a generalist HR position.
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Understanding of logistics industry and its unique HR challenges.
• Willingness to relocate to Cikarang or Surabaya if required.
