As an Associate Accountant - Accounts Payable (EMEA), you will be responsible for managing the entire accounts payable process, from invoice receipt to payment. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role is perfect for a candidate with a strong background in accounting and a passion for working in a global setting.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and verify vendor invoices using SAP and other accounting software
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records
- Ensure timely payment of invoices while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Monitor accounts payable aging and prepare reports as required
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Participate in audits and reconciliations as needed
- Provide support to the finance team in the resolution of accounting issues
- Stay updated with accounting standards and regulations relevant to the EMEA region
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
- Proficiency in SAP and other accounting software such as QuickBooks or Oracle
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel as required
