📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of service.
  • Manage and mentor your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate schedules and ensure all staff are adequately covered.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of all operations.
  • Participate in training and development programs for your team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
