📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the retail space, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage a team of employees, providing leadership and support to achieve sales targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.,Participate in training and development programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
