Pacific Nickel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Outlet Staff to join our team. As an Outlet Staff, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our outlet in Jember. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet, including inventory control and cash handling.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of products.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.,Assist in the organization and execution of promotional activities.,Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service principles.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work in a remote environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
