Hokian Gilang Shop is looking for a dedicated HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Lead training and development programs.,Oversee payroll and ensure accurate and timely processing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
