CV Cempaka Berkah is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.

We are looking for a professional who can work remotely and has a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handling employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.
  • Conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.
  • Managing employee benefits and compensation.
  • Assisting in the development of training programs for employees.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
