📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Conduct job interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to source talent and build relationships with potential candidates.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure the clinic remains competitive.,Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role in a healthcare or related industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
