📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess and monitor patients' health status, and provide appropriate care and treatment.,Administer medications as prescribed by doctors.,Document patients' medical records accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Maintain a clean and safe nursing environment.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous professional development activities.,Report any adverse events or incidents to the appropriate authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience in a similar role.,Valid nursing license and certification from the Indonesian Nursing Board.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and maintaining patient confidentiality.
