📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple outlets, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor a team of outlet managers, providing guidance and support.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess outlet performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all outlets under your supervision.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple outlets and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
