📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and minimal downtime.,Manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency.,Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.,Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment condition.,Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance-related issues and find effective solutions.,Ensure that all maintenance equipment and tools are properly maintained and calibrated.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance roles, with a leadership position preferred.,Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, tools, and equipment.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.,Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.,Knowledge of maintenance management software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
