Hokian Umar Bakery is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team in Canggu. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and has a keen eye for detail. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of events, ensuring that all guests are well taken care of.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 6.000.000 to Rp 9.000.000 per month. We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth, and a chance to be part of a vibrant culinary community.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting in the preparation and execution of events, including setting up and cleaning up.
  • Providing excellent customer service to guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Assisting with food and beverage service during events.
  • Assisting with inventory management and ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
  • Assisting with event planning and coordination, including guest communication and coordination.
  • Assisting with event marketing and promotion.
  • Assisting with event budgeting and financial management.
  • Assisting with event reporting and evaluation.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or event management setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with event planning and management software.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and culture.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
