ABA Therapist

In this role, you will work closely with children and their families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using ABA techniques for children with ASD.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on behavior modification and skill development.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, parents, and other therapists, to provide comprehensive care.
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.
• Promote a positive and inclusive environment that supports the growth and well-being of all children.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA therapy, preferably with children with ASD.
• Strong knowledge of ABA techniques and principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working in a multicultural or international setting is a plus.
