📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and deadlines.,Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to maintain productivity.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with standards.,Conduct regular production meetings and provide updates to management.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production planning and control systems.,Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems and production management software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
