📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess and address the social, emotional, and psychological needs of patients and their families.,Develop and implement social work programs and interventions to support patients and their families.,Provide case management and advocacy services to ensure patients receive the necessary care and support.,Educate and empower patients and their families to make informed decisions about their healthcare.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social work programs and interventions.,Provide crisis intervention and support to patients and their families in times of need.,Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
