PT Nusa Cempaka is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Outlet Manager to join our team in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the assigned outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to maintain optimal stock availability.,Conduct regular outlet audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide regular reports on outlet performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior.
