📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the development of mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.,Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.,Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.,Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends and technologies.,Conduct technical interviews for potential hires.,Manage and prioritize the development backlog.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.,5+ years of experience in mobile development for iOS and Android platforms.,Strong knowledge of mobile development frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or native development (Swift/Kotlin).,Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.,Solid understanding of the software development life cycle.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English is a plus.
