📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of food hygiene.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure the restaurant meets and exceeds customer expectations and satisfaction levels.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.,Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews to ensure team morale and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Understanding of health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food hygiene.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
