📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in both Indonesian and Mandarin, providing clear and concise solutions.

• Document and track customer interactions using our internal CRM system.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and provide feedback to the management team.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good knowledge of the logistics and manufacturing industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid SIM (Student Immigration Visa) or KITAS (Kartu Izin Tinggal Terbatas) for work permit purposes.
