📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine cleaning of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and public spaces.
• Assist in minor maintenance tasks, such as fixing light fixtures, replacing light bulbs, and basic plumbing repairs.
• Ensure that all facilities are clean, functional, and well-maintained.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with management to ensure that all cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the compound.
• Assist in organizing and participating in regular cleaning and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the compound remains a safe and secure environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning and maintenance roles, preferably in a luxury residential or hospitality setting.
• Proficient in using cleaning equipment and tools, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and brooms.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems is a plus.
