📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the restaurant runs efficiently.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain food quality and availability.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a positive dining experience.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the restaurant.,Monitor and record sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry.,Proven ability to manage and train restaurant staff effectively.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and food cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the restaurant industry.,Ability to work collaboratively with a team and take initiative.
